For retailer customer data, the retailer generally determines the purpose and means of processing, while WABharat processes data to provide contracted platform services, subject to applicable law and agreements.
Instructions
WABharat processes customer data on documented service instructions, including storage, organization, campaign execution, support and security operations.
Confidentiality and Security
Authorized personnel and service providers are subject to appropriate confidentiality and security controls.
Subprocessors and Transfers
Hosting, communication, payment, support and infrastructure providers may process data for service delivery. Additional terms may apply to cross-border processing.
Deletion and Assistance
WABharat will provide reasonable assistance for verified rights requests, security incidents and deletion/return of data, subject to law, technical feasibility and retention obligations.
