Nature of Balance
Messaging Balance is a prepaid service balance used only for eligible WABharat messaging services. It is not a bank account, UPI wallet, stored-value payment instrument or investment product.
Usage Deductions
Applicable charges may be deducted based on message category, destination, provider pricing, taxes, WABharat service charges and actual usage records.
Recharge and History
Retailers can view recharge and usage transactions in the platform where available. Low-balance alerts are informational and timely recharge remains the retailer's responsibility.
Non-Withdrawable
Messaging Balance cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to another retailer unless WABharat expressly permits an adjustment. Refunds, if any, are subject to applicable policy and law.
